I'm a counsellor, a parent, and an immigrant.
This work is personal.
Not because I have all the answers — but because I've asked many of the same questions you're asking right now.
What brought me to this work.
I know what it's like to build a life in a new country — to navigate an unfamiliar system, raise children far from your own parents, and carry the quiet pressure that everything you sacrificed has to be worth it.
I also know what it's like to be a parent at the end of a long day, when patience runs thin and guilt fills the gap. To love your children fiercely and still wonder, in the dark, if you're doing enough.
Those experiences don't make me your therapist because I've suffered. They make me your counsellor because I understand — and because I did the work to move through it.
That's what led me to counselling. Not just the training, but the lived understanding that asking for help is not a sign of weakness. It's often the bravest and most practical thing a parent can do

My Core Values
Go beneath the patterns and reconnect with your core
Step 1
Free Consultation
A chance to share what’s bringing you here and ask any questions. We’ll get a feel for whether we’re a good fit. No pressure, just connection.
Step 2
Intake Session
Your first full session. We explore your current experience and your past, at your pace. This is your space to be heard, not rushed or pathologized.
Step 3
Ongoing Therapy
We meet regularly to gently untangle the patterns holding you back. Sessions might include nervous system regulation tools, deep inquiry. Healing takes time, but it’s possible.

Who I work best with
✓Working parents who are burning out and don't want to take it out on their kids anymore
✓Immigrant parents navigating two cultures, two sets of expectations, and a lot of invisible pressure
✓Russian-speaking families who want to work in their first language
✓Single parents carrying the full mental load with no one to share it
✗I don't work with acute psychiatric crises or clinical diagnoses requiring medical supervision — I'll always refer you to the right support if that's what's needed.
