Private sessions for when you feel tired all the time, anxious, overwhelmed or burned out—but still have to keep functioning.

This is not parenting advice. The focus is on you: what is draining your energy, what keeps your mind constantly “on” and what may help your life feel more manageable.

Small Group Sessions for Immigrant Parents

A supportive space for people who understand what it is like to carry family responsibilities while building a life in a new country.

This is not a parenting class. The focus is on stress, exhaustion, connection and feeling less alone in what you are carrying.

What’s included:

✓ Weekly 90-minute online sessions
✓ A small group of 8–10 participants
✓ Guided conversations and reflection
✓ Practical tools for stress and overwhelm
✓ A respectful and confidential space

Groups may be offered in English or Russian, depending on the group.

Workshops and Interactive Group Experiences

Practical workshops for newcomer organizations, community groups and professional teams.

Sessions use clear, everyday language and help participants understand how ongoing stress can affect their energy, emotions, relationships and daily life.

Workshop topics may include:

Goal Getter

A guided self-discovery experience that helps participants explore what they want, what may be keeping them stuck and what realistic next step they can take.

All services are available in English and Russian.

Sometimes it is easier to talk about stress, anxiety and immigration in the language that feels most natural to you.

You can choose English, Russian or move between both languages during a session.
