You don’t have to explain every layer of what you’re carrying.
I support immigrant parents experiencing stress, anxiety, burnout and constant exhaustion.

Why this work matters to me
I’m Saltanat, a Counselling Therapist in Training providing online counselling under clinical supervision.
I know what it is like to build a life in a new country, raise a family without your familiar support system and carry the pressure to make everything work.
I also know how easy it is to keep functioning while feeling anxious, exhausted, irritable or disconnected from yourself.
My lived experience helps me understand the context. My counselling training and supervision guide how I support you.
Our sessions focus on what is happening in your real life—not generic advice that assumes you have extra time, money or family nearby.

My Core Values
How we begin
Step 1
Free Consultation
Tell me briefly what has been happening, ask questions and learn how I work.
There is no pressure to continue.
Step 2
Intake Session
We take more time to understand what is affecting you and what you would like support with.
Step 3
Ongoing Therapy
We work at a pace that feels manageable, focusing on the stress, patterns and situations affecting your real life.

Who I work with
You may feel at home here if…
✓ You are an immigrant parent who feels tired all the time
✓ You feel anxious, overwhelmed or unable to switch your mind off
✓ You are burned out but continue functioning for everyone else
✓ You become irritated by small things and feel guilty afterward
✓ You find it difficult to relax or slow down
✓ You feel disconnected from who you were before immigration or parenthood
✓ You are adjusting to life between different cultures and expectations
✓ You want counselling in English, Russian or both
You do not need to be in crisis. Feeling exhausted, anxious or unlike yourself is enough reason to reach out.
