Meet Saltanat

I find it profoundly moving to witness people return to themselves after years of pushing through, over-performing, or holding it all together. Watching a client begin to soften, feel, breathe, and reconnect with their inner truth is something I never take for granted.

Each session is a space where we slow down the noise and gently explore what’s been buried under the pressure to be “fine.” Whether it’s the ache of burnout, the grip of self-doubt, or the quiet numbness that creeps in after too much giving, there is always a reason behind the struggle, and there is always a path forward.

My passion lies in helping people rediscover their aliveness, worth, and clarity not through fixing, but through witnessing, attuning, and staying curious.

Hello, I’m Saltanat, a trauma-informed coach.

I bring a calm, grounded presence to my work, and I approach coaching as a collaborative journey. I don’t offer quick solutions or surface-level advice. Instead, I offer depth, care, and space to feel fully human. I’m not afraid to sit with hard things, and I also believe in finding moments of lightness and warmth along the way.

What drives me is a deep respect for the healing process and a genuine love for this work. I invest in ongoing training, personal reflection, and mentorship because I believe in the importance of continuous growth. Also, I think I can only help you meet yourself if I’m also committed to meeting myself, again and again.

Honesty

Being honest with yourself takes courage, especially in a world that teaches you to be pleasing, polite, and put-together. Naming the hard stuff, resentment, grief, fear, and anger, can feel unfamiliar or even risky.
But honesty is the beginning of change.
I believe in creating a space where you don’t have to filter your truth or worry about being “too much.” In this space, all parts of you are welcome. And from that place, real transformation begins.

Free Consultation

A chance to share what’s bringing you here and ask any questions. We’ll get a feel for whether we’re a good fit. No pressure, just connection.

Intake Session

Your first full session. We explore your current experience and your past, at your pace. This is your space to be heard, not rushed or pathologized.

Step 3

Ongoing Therapy

We meet regularly to gently untangle the patterns holding you back. Sessions might include nervous system regulation tools, deep inquiry, inner child work, or quiet integration. Healing takes time, but it’s possible.
